Ceramic liner for mud pump is a necessary grouting wearing part in the oil extraction industry, and thus it should has the features of anti-wear and anti-corrosion and working pressure of 200MPa. Duplex metal liner is normally used in oilfields, and its mean life is 300 to 500 hours. By adopting unique technique, we mount metal outside the special ceramic liner so that the ceramic liner for mud pump can take the advantages of special ceramics, including high hardness, good anti-wear ability and small coefficient of thermal expansion. Its mean working life is 3,000 to 5,000 hours in general working conditions. Now we are exporting large quantities of ceramic liners for mud pumps to the United States and Germany.
