QYJ-8000B with two press head, the upper and the bottom press head, can produce more precise sizes of products in higher density. Problem that is hard to feed materials is solved by using spiral material laying method. Products get off the mould from top to bottom, being pushed out with clamp device. No pallets are needed in production. This makes products are made fasterly and efficiently. Using powder shape materials, QYJ-8000B machine is suitable to produce bricks demanded on high pressure, such as standard brick, flyash brick, shale brick, Eco Brick, curbstone, multi-hole brick, slope protection brick,etc. Formed products can be picked up and stacked by labour or by our GM-1000 automatic Stacking Machine. GM-1000 can be used with automatic curing system to form a complete automatic brick plant with other machines. Formed products can be cured naturally too.
