TECHNICAL DATA CRESOL NOVOLAC EPOXY RESIN CNE-200ELD CNE-200EL series is a high purity o-cresol novolac epoxy resins which are accomplished by the reaction of epichlorohydrin and o-cresol-formaldehyde novolac. Due to its high molecular weight and multi-epoxy functionality the cured product will give superior physical properties, excellent adhesion, good chemical resistance and better elevated temperature performance than the conventional bisphenol A based resins. CNE-200EL is suitable for "transfer molding powder for semiconductor" because of low contents of ionic sodium, chlorine and hydrolyzable chlorine.
