四、 设备结构概况
summary of the structure
1、 普通开卷支架 common uncoiler
用于支撑钢卷和钢卷展开，轮盘式操作，人工手动展开钢卷，承重6吨。适用卷料内经508mm。
It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turnable way. The steel coil is uncoiled by hand. The uncoiler can bear 5t. It is suitable to process the coiled steel with the inside diameter 508mm .
2、 进料导入平台 feeding the material into the platform
功能及结构特点：将原料（钢板）放置于此平台进行生产加工，保证生产的彩钢板平整、平行、前后一致。平台上定位角铁的功能请参照设备使用说明样本。
put the raw material(steel srip) on the plat to manufacture and process, it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity. Please refer to the equipment regulation to know the function of locate angle iron.
3、 钢板成型主机 molding core
成型主机采用焊接板式结构，电机减速机驱动，链条传动、轧辊表面进行抛光、数控机床精确加工，保证制件形状和精度，轧辊表面经精加工，并进行电镀处理，使模具经久耐用，**生锈，轧压板料时保证其板型成型表面光滑，防止划伤表面。
In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, chain transmission, roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , heat treatment and galvanizational treatment . The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stampted.

4、 钢板成型剪切装置 shearing mechanism
采用液压驱动，自动定位、将成型制件定尺切断。
It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the dimention and cut the target products.
配套：剪切刀具一副、液压油缸一件，剪切机壹台。
It contains one set of cutting tools, one hydraulic tank and one cutter machine.
成型剪刀片材质：Gcr12

5、 液压系统
hydraulic system
采用齿轮油泵控制，将液压油灌输至成型剪切系统的液压油缸内，使剪切机驱动，进行切割。
It is controlled by gear wheel oil pump. Afer filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank ,the pump drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.
配置：液压油箱一套；液压油泵一套；液压油管二根；电磁阀二组。
The system includs a set of hydraulic tank , a set of hydraulic oil pump, two hydraulic pipes.and two sets of electromagnetism valves.

6、 电脑控制柜
computer control cabinet :
采用日本松下PLC控制，制件长度在显示屏进行按键设定，制件长度可调整。可进行不同长度的产量设定和不同长度的生产任务的设置，操作方式有手动/自动两种，系统操作简单、使用方便。
It adopts Panasonic PLC to control. The target piece`s length is adjustable and digit of it can be adjusted. Computed mode has two modes: automatic and manual one. The system is easy to operate and use.
变频器：变频器的使用，目的是使钢板加工的长度更加精确，主机加工制件时运行更加稳定。
Transducer: the use of it is to make the length more precise and the main machine more stable while processing.
加工精度可达到：1.00mm以内。
